Technical
Your local BERNINA dealer will have an accredited technician to work on most brands of sewing machines. Sadly if your machine is not a BERNINA or bernette, the technician will rely on the importer of your machine for parts. This can cause delays. You also do not qualify for the BERNINA International support.
